These terms cover the use of OrderBricks. By placing an order through a partner or registering as a partner, you agree to them. Final wording will be confirmed by our legal advisor before launch.
OrderBricks supplies bricks through a network of registered partners. Orders are placed by a partner on your behalf. Bricks are supplied and delivered through PGH. Pricing is quoted by your partner before an order is confirmed.
All orders are cash on delivery. Payment is taken by card through Stripe before the truck is dispatched. There are no accounts and no credit terms. A tax invoice is issued to the email provided at the time of order.
Talk to your partner as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations close to the delivery window may attract restocking or delivery fees. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the payment is refunded in full.
Bricks are supplied by PGH. If there is a quality concern, contact your partner or our trade line on 1300 673 372. We manage quality matters directly with PGH on your behalf.
Registered partners earn a flat commission of $30 per 1,000 bricks delivered through their referral, paid once the builder pays. A valid ABN is required. Commission on a refunded order is reversed from the partner's next payout. Partners must not refer fraudulent or fictitious orders. Full partner terms are provided at registration.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or the cost of resupply.
